Highlights: Proposal to renovate an existing brick building and merge it with a new proposed Arts Hotel located in the heart of the Arts District in downtown Los Angeles. The design for the hotel proposed 95 Guest Rooms, 4 Bars, 3 Restaurants, 2 Artist Residencies, Gallery Space, Venue Halls, Rooftop Lounge with Pool, Offices and Work Spaces.
